Policy, and her deputy, Petr Chalupecky on March 18. They
appreciated receiving our points and confirmed that they
would refrain from making public statements. They also said
that they hoped the U.S. would be able to reach a new
agreement with the Kyrgyz or find an appropriate alternative
to Manas.
