Dear Mr. Mikulak

to discussions between Canada and the United States to
establish principles and arrangement governing the conduct of
challenge inspections under the Chemical Weapons Convention
(CWC).
I have the honour to confirm that the principles and
procedures outlined in your letter under reference are
acceptable to the Canadian National Authority for the
Chemical Weapons Convention.
