1. (U) The Bhutanese Embassy in New Delhi delivered a letter
from the Fourth King of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, to
Assistant Secretary Bob Blake, congratulating him on his
appointment. We will send the original letter, along with
the original letters from the Prime Minister and Foreign
Minister, to SCA/INS.
