1. During a lunch meeting on March 13, Permanent Secretary Dr.
Patricia Rodgers, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CCOB, provided
information copies to Charge of the following demarches the
Permanent Mission of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to the
Organization of American States delivered to the Permanent Missions
to the Organization of American States.

Note No. 184/08, dated 9 September, 2008, to the Permanent Mission
of the United States to the OAS requesting support of The Bahamas'
candidature to the United Nations Economic and Social Council
(ECOSOC).

forwarded Diplomatic Note No. 273/08 dated 20 November, 2008, to the
Permanent Mission of the United States requesting support for The
