1. (SBU) Emboff delivered points and left ref A and B
non-papers with the Director of the International Affairs
Office at the MFA Minister Nury Bauzan, Head of the Central
Bank's Financial Intelligence Unit Daniel Espinoza and Head
of Sectariat for Anti-Money Laundering in the President's
Office. Embassy contacts received the points related to the
implementation of UNSCR 1874 and its financial provisions and
will direct them to the necessary authorities. We will
report any substantive repsonse.
