In response to reftel, the Government of Uruguay complies
with the Department of State requirement to make public a
national budget that includes income and expenditures. The
GOU receives limited U.S. foreign assistance. The GOU budget
is available both online and in written form at the Library
of Parliament and the Ministry of Finance. The GOU budget
includes incomes and expenditures.
