take place in Nairobi, Kenya, were delivered to the following
Ministers of the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland (GKOS):

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
The Honorable Ms. Jabulile Mashwama
Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Trade
The Honorable Mr. Majozi Sithold
Minister of Finance
2. Original letters were delivered via Diplomatic Note No. 74-09 on
Friday, July 17, and courtesy copies of the letters were delivered
to the Ministers' offices on Monday, July 20, 2009.
3. Post has not yet received any reaction from the invited
Ministers, and will report on any developments.
