Per REFTEL request, post provides the following information on
high-level government of Lesotho officials attending the 64th
UNGA General Assembly.
A. Attendance of head of state: His Majesty King Letsie
III will not attend.
B. Attendance of head of government:
- Prime Minister Bethuel Pakalitha Mosisili will attend
the UNGA General Assembly, and will attend part of the General
Debate (see travel dates below).
- The Prime Minister will arrive on September 22 and
depart September 27.
- The Prime Minister's spouse, Mrs. `Mathato Mosisili ,
will also travel to New York.
- Interpretation will not be required.
C. Attendance of foreign minister:
- Foreign Minister Mohlabi Tsekoa will attend the UNGA
General Assembly, and will attend the General Debate (see travel
dates below).
- The Foreign Minister will arrive on September 22 and
depart September 27.
- The Foreign Minister's spouse will not travel to New
York.
- Interpretation will not be required.
D. Attendance of other VIPs.
- The Lesotho delegation will also comprise the
