1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend various PKO Courses
in Coban, Guatemala from August 17 - December 15, 2009. The
names are listed with the surnames first, followed by rank
and DOB:

3. As the U.S. Embassy Managua Leahy vetting coordinating

vetting and found no credible evidence of gross violations of
human rights.

appreciate the Department's response by August 1, 2009.
