1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend the CFAC
Maintenance Course from July 26 - August 17,2009 in
Guatemala. The names are listed with the surnames first,
