SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE COURSE


1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend the Aircraft
Maintenance Course in Lackland AFB, TX, from June 15 -
October 15, 2009. The names are listed with the surnames
first, followed by rank and DOB:
