1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend the Counterdrugs
Operation Course from May 22 - July 9,2009 at Ft. Benning,
Georgia. The names are listed with the surnames first,
followed by rank and DOB:
