1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend the PKO Americas
Exercise in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from May 3 - 16, 2009.
