1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individual who has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individual will attend the Special Forces
Training, during the month of May, 2009. The name is listed
with the surname first, followed by rank and DOB:
