1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.


2. The following individuals will attend the ILEA Law
Enforcement Training and Safety Survival Course in San
Salvador, El Salvador, from March 10-13, 2009. The names are
