A. Provided post all necessary user training for modernized consular
systems applications per the refresher trip plan.

B. Provided post all necessary system administrator training for all
modernized consular system applications per the refresher trip
plan.

C. All workstations and servers at post meet the latest
configuration and security standards per CA/CST checklists.

6. Post Acceptance/Comments: Post appreciates excellent support and
training received during visit of CA/CST Harris Team. Consular
Officer and Back-Ups, along with Consular Assistants, received
invaluable refresher training and were able to work though several
long-standing technical issues with consular system software.
