1.(SBU) Post has received an advance facsimile copy
of the following diplomatic note from the Honduran
Embassy in Kingston:

" THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF HONDURAS on
behalf of the Constitutional President JosQ Manuel
Zelaya Rosales, presents its compliments to the Embassy
of the United States of America, and has the honour to
inform our displeasure by not solvency (sic) the
political crisis in Honduras and the violations of the
constitutional order. There before (sic) we are
requesting the support of the Government of United
States of America through its Foreign Minister to
increase more pressure on International Organizations
such as: Organization of American States and United
Nations to be restoring the constitutional order and by
reinstating President JosQ Manuel Zelaya Rosales during
this week.

The Embassy of Honduras avails itself of this
opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the United
States of America, the assurances of its highest
consideration.
