1. Post has received the following Diplomatic Note from the
Government of Jamaica's (GOJ) Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Foreign Trade (MFAFT) dated June 30, 2009:

"Ref. No: 50/101/41
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of
Jamaica presents it compliments to the Embassy of the United
States of America and has the honour to advise that the
Government of Jamaica has decided to present the candidature
of Ambassador Stafford Neil for re-election to the United
Nations Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary
Questions (ACABQ),for the period 2010-2012, at elections to
be held during the 64th Session of the UN General Assembly in
2009.
The Ministry further has the honour to attach Ambassador
Neil's Curriculum Vitae, which outlines the skills and
experiences that support his candidature to the Committee.
The Government of Jamaica would be grateful for the
valuable support of the Government of the United States of
America for the aforementioned candidature.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of
Jamaica avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the
Embassy of the United States of America the assurances of its
highest consideration."
