The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate on the Official Visit to the United
Nations General Secretariat - Representative, from August 17 to 19,
2009 in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Embassy conducted its own review and
found no credible information that the individuals below have been
involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human
rights vetting and advise of any results July 31, 2009.
