The Narcotics Affairs Section at Embassy Guatemala has identified
the following individuals to participate in the Train the Trainer
("Formador de Formadores") Course to be held from February 2-13,
2009 at the National Civil Police Academy in Guatemala. Embassy
conducted its own review and found no credible information that the
individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
results by January 30.
