The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate on the Small Boat Maintenance and Basic
Engine and Generator Course which will be taught by the
Expeditionary Training Command from July 6 to August 28, 2009 at the
Pacific Navy Command and the Caribbean Navy Command. Embassy
conducted its own review and found no credible information that the
individuals below have been involved in gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any
