USAID/Guatemala has identified the following individuals of the
National Civil Police (PNC) to participate in a retreat organized by
the USAID Community-Based Policing Program. The retreat is
scheduled to take place in the Tikal Futura Hotel in Guatemala City
from June 9-11, 2009. Embassy conducted its own review and found no
credible information that the individuals below have been involved
in gross human rights violations. Please conduct human rights
vetting and advise of any results by May 25, 2009.
