The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individual to participate as a Guest Speaker for the Departmental
Resource Management Course, to be held from May 18 to 26, 2009 at
the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, Fort
Benning, Georgia. Embassy conducted its own review and found no
credible information that the individual below has been involved in
gross human rights violations. Please conduct human rights vetting
and advise of any results by May 7, 2009.
