The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the following
individuals to participate in the Aviation Joint Combined Education
and Training Exercise (Brigada paracaidista),to be held from March
20 - April 25, 2009 in Guatemala. Embassy conducted its own review
and found no credible information that the individuals below have
been involved in gross human rights violations. Please conduct
human rights vetting and advise of any results by March 12, 2009.
