Ibrahim Al-Maghaiseeb told P/E Chief May 4 that a decision on
Qatar's vote for Kosovo's membership in the IMF and World
Bank is still pending with Prime Minister/Foreign Minister
Hamad Bin Jassim Al Thani. Al-Maghaiseeb believed a decision
would be made by OOB Washington time Tuesday, May 5, which
would give the GOQ sufficient time to instruct its
representative how to vote.
