U) In the Foreign Minister's absence, Ambassador dlivered demarche
requested reftel to Ministry of oreign Affairs Secretary-General
Pamphile Goutonji 3 Dec 09. Secretary-General Goutondji responde
that, as a developing country, Benin is very suportive of U.S.
efforts which promote peace and evelopment in other developing
countries, and accrdingly supports President Obama's plan for the
ay forward in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
