Australian participants for the September 16-18 ARF Disaster
Relief Dialogue.

Regional Issues Branch, DFAT (Head of Delegation).
3. (U) Garry Dunbar, Civil-Military Liaison, AusAID (Mr
Dunbar will be co-facilitator for the break-out session on
Regional Coordination of Disaster Relief).
4. (U) Robert McGregor, Director, Counter-Terrorism and
Multilateral Engagement, IP Division, Defence.
5. (U) WGCDR Antony Martin, Joint Operations Command, Defence
(WGCDR Martin will be the co-facilitator for the break-out
session on the ARF HADR Strategic Guidance).
