1. (SBU) Per reftels, the Embassy provided information on
May 12 and again on June 2, 2009 regarding the June 3, 2009
voting deadline for World Bank Governors to cast a vote
regarding Kosovo's admission to the World Bank. The MFAs of
the following countries were contacted under cover of
Diplomatic Notes: Antigua and Barbuda (Note #0493 and 0571),
Barbados (#0494 and 0572),Dominica (#0495 and 0573),St.
Kitts and Nevis (#0496 and 0574),St. Lucia (#0497 and 0575),
St. Vincent (#498 and 0576). In addition, follow-up
telephone calls regarding the voting deadline were made to
each of the MFAs on June 2 and again on June 3, 2009.
2. (U) The Embassy will forward any response.
