Lugo Mendez addressed to President Barack Obama. An informal

To Your Highest Mr. Barack Obama
President of the United States of America
Washington, DC
Mr. President:
I would like to express my pleasure at this recognition to your
life, acknowledging your continuing fight for a better and worthier
world.
The Nobel Peace Prize equally demonstrates a faithful
representation of the world's hope for your leadership, in
particular, towards less developed nations which center
expectations on an administration that will transform a universe of
restlessness and injustice into a better place to live as brothers
and sisters.
Dear President Obama, please be so kind to extend, on my behalf and
on behalf of the people of my country, our most sincere greetings
to your family who should share with understandable pride this
valuable distinction.
