1. (C) On March 5, Ambassador delivered reftel demarche to
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Henri Eyebe Ayissi, and
encouraged Cameroon to recognize Kosovo's independence and
support the Organization of Islamic Conference's (OIC)
statement. The Minister took notes but offered no response.
