December 2. He confirmed that Lithuania, represented by its
Ambassador to Norway Alfonsas Eidintas, will sign the
Convention on Cluster Munitions in Oslo December 3. Rosinas
said the Lithuanians will interpret Article 21 as broadly as
possible so as to not jeopardize NATO interoperability or
participation in combined operations. He added that
Lithuania would not have signed the Convention without the
inclusion of Article 21.
