UN ATTORNEY ADVISER JAMES B. DONOVAN


1. Country Clearance is requested for James B. Donovan of
the United States Mission New York to travel to The Hague the
Netherlands; Brussels, Belgium and to Arusha, Tanzania. The
UN Security Council Informal Working Group on International
Tribunals, which deals with issues related to the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) as well as the International Criminal Tribunal for
Rwanda (ICTR),both subsidiary organs of the Security
Council, is planning a mission to the respective seats of
the Tribunals (The Hague, The Netherlands, and Arusha,
Tanzania). The Informal Working Group is chaired for 2008 by
the Permanent Mission of Belgium. Mr. Donovan will represent
the U.S. on this mission. Mr. Donovan holds a diplomatic
passport. Passport number is 910076913.
