1. In response to reftel, USUN grants mission clearance to
Ambassador David Balton listed as noted in para 2 below to
chair consultations on November 12 to prepare for the
Informal Consultations of the States Parties to the United
Nations Convention on Fish Stocks. The meeting will take
place on the margins of the UNGA informal consultations on
the sustainable fisheries resolution.
