Per reftel, Post informed GOI Global Initiative to Combat
Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) points of contact on December 22
that the 5th Global Initiative Plenary Meeting will be hosted
by The Hague in June 2009. MFA Arms Control Officer Israel
Tikochinski indicated December 23 that the GOI intends to
participate in the plenary but has yet to determine which of
its officials will attend.
