Per reftel request, Poloff informed Nestan Bejanishvili,
Third Secretary of the Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic
Integration Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
that Ireland, Malta, UAE, and Saudi Arabia had all endorsed
the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GI) and
that representatives from their government have been
encouraged to contact Georgia, as a partner nation, directly
on issues relating to GI.
