AT TWO UPOCOMING GEORGE C. MARSHALL CENTER EVENTS


1. (U) This cable responds to the guidance request in reftel
for the following individuals to participate at the Manpower
Managament Workshop to be held September 22-24, 2008 in
Sarajevo Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at the Program on
Advanced Security Studies to be held in a USCG Boarding
Officer Course to be conducted at the Port of Bar, Montenegro
from 22-26 September.


2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the following
individuals listed in reftel and as of September 12, 2008
possesses no credible derogatory information.
