1. (U) This cable responds to the guidance request in
reftel for the George C. Marshall Center resident course
Program on Advanced Security Studies (PASS 08-7),scheduled
for September 26-December 19, 2008, in Garmisch, Germany.

individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of September 2, 2008:
