1. Special Envoy (S/E) to the Organization of the Islamic
Conference (OIC) Sada Cumber wishes to express his sincere
appreciation for the efforts and support of the American and
Locally Employed Staff at Embassy Cairo during his June 8-10
trip.
2. S/E Cumber deeply appreciates the efforts of the
Embassy staff in facilitating his meetings. S/E Cumber would
like to thank in
particular Michael Guinan for his assistance in arranging
this visit and for his
continued guidance. Thanks to him and the entire Embassy
community, it was a highly successful visit.
