CUMBER'S VISIT
1. Special Envoy (SE) to the Organization of the Islamic
Conference (OIC) Sada Cumber wishes to express his sincere
appreciation for the efforts and support of the American and
Locally Employed Staff at Embassy Abu Dhabi during his April
30 visit.
2. SE Cumber is appreciative of all of the efforts of the
Embassy staff in facilitating his meetings with UAE Deputy
Prime Minister Hamdan bin Zayed al-Nahyan, the UAE Red
Crescent Society, and Sayed Ali al-Hashemi, Religious Advisor
to the Presidential Court. They were engaging meetings and
SE Cumber looks forward to continued dialogue in the future.
In this regard, SE Cumber would like to thank in particular
Al Magleby, Nasir Khan and Martin Quinn for their assistance
in arranging this visit and for their continued guidance.
Thanks to them and the entire Embassy community, it was a
highly successful trip.
