VISIT
1. Special Envoy (SE) to the Organization of the Islamic
Conference (OIC) Sada Cumber wishes to express his sincere
appreciation for the efforts and support of the American
Direct Hire and Locally Employed Staff at Embassy Dakar
during his April 21-23 visit.
2. SE Cumber was very pleased and impressed with the high
level meetings Embassy Dakar was able to arrange. SE Cumber
was able to engage in an informative dialogue with President
Aboudalye Wade and Foreign Minister Cheikh Tidiane Gadio. In
this regard, SE Cumber would like to thank in particular
David Mosby, Jay Smith, Robin Diallo and Katherine Diop for
their assistance in arranging this meeting and for their
continued guidance. Thanks to them and the entire Embassy
community, it was a productive
visit.
