1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross
violations of human rights for the individuals listed below. These
individuals are candidates for the ILEA Bangkok "Tactical Safety and
Planning" course to be held from December 8-18, 2008. The Government
of Brunei is responsible for all transportation cost.
