to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of
human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals
are candidates for participation in the ILEA Clandestine Lab
Investigations and Chemical Control Course scheduled for January
12-23, 2009 with report date of January 11, 2009 in Bangkok,
Thailand.
