1. (U) From what post has been able to determine, there
are no critical infrastructure or key resources within
Bulgaria which, if destroyed, disrutped or exploited, might
have an immediate and deleterious effect on the United States.
2. (SBU) The only specific infrastructure protection effort
post is aware of is a technical agreement between the
Bulgarian Defense Ministry and the Romanian Defense Ministry
on the "protection of strategic facilities and special
importance facilities in the proximity of the common border
against air terrorist attacks."
