(S) Singapore Customs is auditing Ace Pressureweld but has 
not begun a formal investigation of the company, according to 
Sharon SEAH Li-Lian, MFA Assistant Director of the 
International Organizations Directorate. She conveyed 
appreciation for the additional information provided reftel, 
noting that Singapore Customs officials had requested more 
information on this case when they met with Department of 
Commerce counterparts in Washington earlier this year. Ms. 
Seah said she will follow up with Singapore Customs and keep 
us informed of any new developments in the case.
