(SBU) Per reftel request, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Trade's (MOFAT) Development Cooperation Division Acting
Director Kyun Jong-ho recently confirmed that First Vice
Foreign Minister Kwon Jong-rak will head the ROKG
delegation to the ICI Ministerial in Stockholm. The ROKG
delegation will primarily be in "a listening mode" at the
conference, hoping to learn more about progess achieved to
date by the ICI Secretariat and other parties in order to
refine its own aid programs funded via the ROKG's
$200-million pledge made at Sharm el-Sheikh.
