1. On April 24, we delivered reftel demarche to Carlos
Cordero, Department of Disarmament, Terrorism and Organized
Crime, in the MFA. Mr. Cordero seemed receptive and glad to
receive the non-papers.
2. He advised that he would read and respond, but that a
definitive response regarding sponsorship would be unlikely
by today's deadline. Post will advise when a response is
received.
