Post received the MFA's response to our diplomatic note regarding
the USG candidacies for the Universal Postal Union's (UPU) Council
of Administration and Postal Operations Council. The MFA's
diplomatic note of July 10 states that Latvia will support the USG
candidacies for both bodies at the UPU Congress from July 23 to
August 12 in Geneva.
