(C) Political-Military Officer delivered the reftel demarche
on October 20 to Veronika Kuchynova-Smigolova, the Czech
MFA,s Director of Security Policy. She said that both
Croatia's and Albania's accession to NATO was not
controversial and that she expected the Czech Parliament to
complete the ratification process within a couple of weeks.
The Czech Parliament approved Albania's and Croatia's
accession to NATO on October 28.
