END-USE CHECK ON LICENSE 050088569

1. Per request, Post conducted a post-shipment check on license
050088569 for the export of cannons to Trinidad & Tobago. The
Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force (TTDF) has not provided an
official statement regarding the cannons. However, according to
reasonable speculation, the UK company, MSI Defence, took possession
of the cannons listed below to be used in an integrated mount system
for offshore patrol vessels (OPV) that are to be supplied to the
Trinidad & Tobago Coast Guard (TTCG).
2. Although not officially confirmed, we have heard that the
cannons have been delivered and installed on the OPV. However, the
TTCG will not take possession of the OPV until, at the earliest,
third quarter CY2009. Currently, the OPV and mounted cannons remain
in dry dock in Portsmouth, UK. Additional inquiries may be made to
