1. (C) The Ambassador spoke with Foreign Minister Paula
Gopee-Scoon on the Kosovo IJC resolution on August 29. The
Minister listened attentively to the points and said that she
would need to speak with others in the GOTT and consider the
issue further. We will be following up with the Ministry
further next week and report any substantive reaction.
2. (C) We also were in touch with the UK Mission here,
which had received no instructions.
